• How many times have you terminated God simply so you could be comfortable? So many times we want God to change our situation or get us out of a situation. What if His objective is to change you in the midst of situation? Sure there are times when God transitions us. If we were honest most of the time we do it for our own personal comfort rather than God’s glory. There are too many bag ladies and bag men carrying their issues from place to place. At some point you have to stop and let God do his work. John 9:1-3
• Real commitment has a backbone. It will hold true even in the midst of a compromising opportunity!
• I want to admonish you to take EVERY opportunity to pray for your pastor. Lift their name CONSISTENTLY before The Lord! There is an all out attack on pastors and it is time for some reinforcements! Also, if you have a skill set that can be useful to your local church, avail that to GOD’s house! You just might be an answer to one the pastor’s prayer. To my sisters and brothers on the wall… be encouraged! God has graced you for this and God is making provision for every vision!
• Try daily not to become self absorbed. If you don’t, you will eventually drown yourself in yourself and rid yourself of the opportunity to be a blessing to someone else.
